5. A Film released the year you were born- The Usual Suspects

For this one there really is only one film I would like to feature and that is the classic twist movie “The Usual Suspects”. Kevin Spacey’s award winning performance as usual is completely perfect. Can that man do no wrong?? Starring Spacey as Verbal Kint, a conman who survived a horrific event which he claims was caused by Kaiser Sozei. The story becomes more and more ridiculously complex and incredible. MODERN CLASSIC.

Tutorial: How to colour replace on Pixlr

If like me you cannot afford Photoshop, Pixlr is a good alternative. However it can be difficult to fully utilise the free resource especially with the limited amour of tutorials there are. So here is how you do a simple colour replace.

For this tutorial I will be using this photo of the lovely Jude Law

Screen Shot 2014-11-02 at 18.13.10

Ok so once you have uploaded your photo you will come to this screen

Screen Shot 2014-11-02 at 18.14.08

we will start with something easy changing his green background

First click on the pipette tool it looks like this

Screen Shot 2014-11-02 at 18.14.59

click on the background using this tool and this will happen

Screen Shot 2014-11-02 at 18.15.58

Now click on the small box of colour (in this case the green) and choose a new colour.

I have chosen a pink!

Now click on the colour replace tool, it looks like this.

Screen Shot 2014-11-02 at 18.17.49

Now go up to the top of the screen and go on the brush menu as pictured

Screen Shot 2014-11-02 at 18.18.18

As this is a vast space I have chosen a bigger brush the 30 on the second row. feel free to experiment at this point.

Screen Shot 2014-11-02 at 18.20.15

now start colouring in your chosen section!

Screen Shot 2014-11-02 at 18.21.52 FINISHED!!
